Kidnapped and operated on by a mad scientist attempting to recreate his favorite monster from his childhood he could control to complete his every evil task, the former criminal aptly-named Frank N. Stein seemed to fit the bill perfectly... until the scientist mistakenly gave him the brain of a smarter, more gentle man! Now a hero through and through, the Dumbfounder travels the globe attempting to right the wrongs done by mad scientists everywhere!
