Race Walker is a former Army Ranger who, upon returning home from serving his country, discovered his hometown being overrun by criminals. Seeing the odds were against him and his fellow townsfolk, he donned a costume & armed himself to wage war against crime & to help those who could not help themselves. When the odds are against you, call the Evener!

The Evener has no powers but, his military training makes him a deadly weapon in hand to hand combat and has several high power fire arms he uses when he needs to.
