Pulah rescued a woman from a band of gorillas led by a strange woman in a veil.

*Weird vol. 2 #4
**vol. 3 #5 (both the same story)

*Pulah was a (mildly) re-named Rulah.
*Like Rulah, the GCD considers Matt Baker’s authorship uncertain. It is common to confuse artists such as Jack Kamen, Edmond Good, and Matt Baker. Their similar artistic styles often lead to misattribution, with many stories initially credited to one artist and later reassigned as further research clarifies the true illustrator.
