Upsweep is the daughter of Stogie and sister to Cheroot. Together, they are the Royal Family of Crime.

Upsweep is attractive and self-assured, using her allure to control men. At one point, she gets close enough to Capt. V to use a knockout vapor in her hair and render him unconscious.
