After Sheriff Sam Peters of Sage City is murdered, Deputy Bob Cross sends a telegram to Two-Gun Lil informing her. She returns immediately to ensure her father's killers meet justice. Deputy Cross tells her the killer was probably working for the gambler, Garson Cade. Garson is nervous when he hears about Lil's intentions, and consults with his henchman, Bunco.

When Cade and Bunco make an attempt on Two-Gun Lil's life by using dynamite, she handily escapes the trap. When she catches up to them, she gets a confession from Bunco that Garson Cade shot and killed her father. This will ensure Garson Cade's death-penalty punishment by hanging.
