Rogul shows up on Earth, a bit disoriented. He attempts to communicate, but his odd language is not understood by the people he encounters. Police Officers look into the oddly-dressed man. When Rogul is afraid of the club the officer is carrying and acts nervous, he is taken into custody.

While there, one Professor Duncan shows up to attempt to decipher Rogul's language. Through scientific inquiry, the Professor begins to solve the mystery.

When Rogul has been jailed for two days without eating or drinking, Professor Duncan suggests he be released. While they observed Rogul in his cell, it appeared as if he was constructing something from thin air with his hands. He waves at the men before disappearing entirely.

Professor Duncan unravels the mysterious language, relaying to the world Rogul's words. Rogul said he was visiting a friend on Jupiter, but was confused when he landed on Earth instead of Venus.

Rogul can instantly teleport from planet to planet.
