"Machine Gun" Kelly was the boss of a gang of murderers and robbers who robbed a circus of their giant and used the new asset to help in their robberies. Kelly was killed in an altercation with Bulletman and Bulletgirl.

Machine Gun had no powers. Despite his nickname, he carried a pistol instead of a machine gun.

* Bulletman #1

*While apparently named after the real-life Prohibition-era gangster [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machine_Gun_Kelly Machine Gun Kelly], there is no indication this character is intended to be a fictional version of the real Kelly.
