Little Audrey is a fictional character appearing in a number of theatrical cartoons from 1947 to 1959. She is considered a variation of the better-known Little Lulu, although similarities between the two characters are largely superficial. Audrey was adapted into comic form as early as 1948, first by St. John Publications, then by Harvey Comics in 1952. During the early fifties, the character was merchandised in various forms, including year books, hand puppets, sheet music, news strips and children's clothing, suggesting that in her heyday, the character had achieved the kind of popularity enjoyed by her predecessors.

Little Audrey is a little rambunctious and likes having fun, as per her tomboyish nature. She hates playing with dolls even though she is a girl.

*Harvey's version of the character is named "Audrey Smith" however, no surname was ever given in any public domain appearances.
*Little Audrey (full name: Audrey Smith) was created by Paramount Pictures after the company decided not to renew the license for Little Lulu. Today, both Little Audrey and Little Lulu are owned by DreamWorks Classics, a division of DreamWorks Animation, a subsidiary of NBCUniversal, with distribution by Universal Television.
*In 1952, St. John, the publisher responsible for publishing the first Little Audrey comics, launched a new character called Little Eva. She was created in the same style as Audrey and Little Lulu.
