'''Oliver Warbucks''', or "Daddy" as he is nicknamed, is a wealthy industrialist, often depicted as a stern but ultimately kind-hearted businessman who becomes Annie's adoptive guardian.

Introduced as a wealthy and powerful figure in American business, Warbucks is portrayed as a self-made, no-nonsense, hard-edged businessman with a heart of gold who rose from humble beginnings to amass his fortune. While he can be stern and intimidating, especially in his business dealings, he is also shown to have a deep sense of compassion and generosity, particularly when it comes to Annie. Despite his tough and somewhat aloof exterior, he forms a strong bond with the young orphan and becomes a father figure to her.

Despite his age and wealth, Warbucks is depicted as being adventurous and daring. He often finds himself involved in various escapades and adventures, alongside Annie and other characters.
