The Liberty Scouts (alternatively called the “Liberty Guards” and the “Liberty Patriots”) consisted of Smokey Henry, Skipper Henry, and Strut Henry.
Smokey was a brilliant scientist & inventor who crafted high tech weapons and vehicles for the group. Skipper was described as the best sailor on the seven seas who has a super submarine faster than any ship above or below the sea. Finally the youngest member Strut flies like a hawk using his plane a man ridden rocket described as a hurricane of a speed and a thunderbolt of action. Their calling card that they would leave behind was a picture of the liberty Bell.

The trio was trained in secret to protect America by by a poor immigrant who became rich and successful after coming to the United States. The Liberty Scouts devoted their life to Uncle Sam and stop saboteurs and foreign enemies that would threaten their country.
