In the cartoon ''The Life and Adventures of Buster Bear'', Buster Bear was shown to be both the town sheriff and MC of the The Buster Bear Carnival. At the town hall, Buster introduced each performer and after introducing each act his pants droop.

The acts included a dancing duck couple, a stork with a newborn puppy who lays xylophone with the bird's wings, a jump roping horse, and finally a dog blacksmith. In the last act, The blacksmith hit a horseshoe on an anvil, but it was too heavy for the stage and the dog falls through the floor and then bursting a pipe to flood the town hall causing everyone to evacuate.
