'''Fred''' is the spokesperson for Munchos, while '''Arnold''' is his purple monster companion. Fred will try to explain the qualities of the chips, while Arnold quite literally tears up the scenery in a distracting fashion, to Fred's complete ignorance.

The ravenous Arnold spoke in a simplistic dialect, frequently crying out for "MUNCHOS!" He provided a contrast to the more staid spokesman, even going so far as to break through walls in his search for the tasty snacks.

Fred, the soft-spoken, suited character presented a more sedate contrast to Arnold.
