Rosalie Brown was the girlfriend of "Comics" McCormick and a member of the Little Conquerors Athletic and Reading Club along with Wilbur Wiggins and Ajax Johnson.

Her boyfriend Comics had a vivid imagination and would dream about going on adventures with his favorite comic book heroes and doing battle with super villains.
For example after reading an issue of Octopus Comics, he had a daydream about having to fight the Octopus who kidnapped Rosalie Brown, "Comics" McCormick's girlfriend, in order to acquire her wishing ring. "Comics" infiltrated the Octopus' hideout using an invisibility pill. He then grabbed a war club in the Octopus' office and knocked out his henchmen. The Octopus, who was terrified of an enemy he could not see, tried to escape with Rosalie. "Comics" then took a visibility pill and confronted the villain by smacking him in the head with the war club. However, when "Comics" tried to remove the villain's mask, the Octopus escaped through a trap door which lead to the river.

When Rosalie Brown is submitted for membership in the boys' Little Conquerors Athletic and Reading Club, Wilbur Wiggins raises a fuss over admitting a girl to a boys club but, "Comics" McCormick, in defense of Rosalie, is quick to list off a parade of comic book superheroines such as Super-Dame, Lady Wonder, the Pink Pigeon, and the Crimson Canary.

Rosalie is promptly voted in to the group, to her delight. She contributes a book with a story featuring Voltage, Man of Lightning, and "Comics" dreams himself into an episode where he shares Voltage's powers.
