Red Reeves is an ordinary American boy who is punished for playing in the street by being forced to play in is parents’ attic. There he finds an old marble, which upon being polished summons a genie, who gives Reeves a magic wand and provides him with unlimited wishes. After using the wand and wishes on humble wishes, like visiting his grandparents and giving them a new barn, Reeves apprehends a burglar.
