Matilda Mouse is an anthropomorphic mouse. Very little about Matilda Mouse is known save that she is the grandmother of Minnie Mouse. Her surname would imply that she is Minnie's paternal grandmother, which would make her the mother of Minnie's father Marcus and, presumably, the wife of Minnie's grandfather Marshal Mouse and the mother of at least two of Minnie's uncles whose surnames are known to be "Mouse", Mortimer and Milton.

Her picture was shown in Minnie Mouse's family photo album alongside pictures of Marshal Mouse and Milton Mouse and his family.
