Winifred Witch is mischievous and cunning sorceress and a recurring friendemy of Li'l Ghost. While she holds no animosity towards the ghost, she gets a real kick out of using her magic powers and various gadgets to pull elaborate pranks - whether it’s setting up a fake castle in the clouds with an inflatable giant, turning a squirrel into a wolf to recreate the tale of Little Red Riding Hood, or pretending to be a doctor to declare a ghost patient to be deceased (obviously).

However, her pranks tend to backfire real fast and wind up getting her and her elf familiar in more precarious or outright dangerous circumstances than before. On these occasions, the obvious Li'l Ghost comes to her rescue. And on one occasion, she tried to help him get over a heartbreaking breakup between him and Kewpie Ghost.
