The head of a rubber factory in Nazi Germany, Herr Riktor's plant is destroyed when the British bomb it. He falls into a vat of hot liquid rubber which burns away his skin. Somehow, he doesn't perish but instead is fused with the rubber, allowing him to stretch and bounce and even deflect bullets. During a fight with Iron Ace, he is hit so hard he ricochets off the walls and into a boiling hot vat. It seems to dissolve him, killing him in the process.
