Detective Mr. Risk, known as "the man who knows no fear," makes himself available to those in peril, especially when the case involves something beyond the norm.

He is assisted by his faithful companion, Abdul and his enemies include the likes of The Cougar and Nadya Burnett.

While he has no powers, he is a good fighter, highly intelligent, and, of course, a master of disguise.
