This unnamed character only appeared on the cover of Lucky "7" Comics #1 and its Canadian reprint.

The cover shows a gangster armed with flamethrower threatening young blonde woman who bolted to the wall of a dungeon wall. Behind her the green ghostly shadow of a witch rises above.. Running down the stairs to the rescue appears to be the Pioneer coming to the rescue of the damsel in distress.

It is unclear from the cover if this witch is a friend or foe to the Pioneer. Is she protecting the young lady, commanding the gangster, or trying to stop the Pioneer from completing his rescue mission?
