General Attila was a rebel military leader threating to start a civil war in the country of Tatonia, but Wonder Man travels to the war-torn country, beats up the invading dictator General Attila, and stops the war.

*On the second page, Brenda notes that she is "sailing for Tatonia" and her father says there's a civil war there. "Tatonia" is mentioned a few other times. At the end of the tale, Fred Carson mentions that he "got lost in Tarovania".
