Cosmo Mann was a scientist who discovered the "G Ray," which he used to power his Sun Ray Gun. He fought against his enemies with the assistance by Archy, his lab boy.

His nemesis was the Nazi Commander Darke.

While he had no powers, his Sun Ray Gun could dissolve anything and also paralyze anyone. Mann also had a suit that was powered by G Rays and enabled him to fly.
