Sklar is a member of the space pirates operating from the asteroid Hela under the command of the ruthless Margo Hess. Alongside Dr. Hess and Margo’s gang, Sklar helps capture space freighters carrying tellerium—the most valuable metal in the universe—using a massive magnetic device.

When Commander Buzz Corry and Cadet Happy are caught in one of Margo’s traps, Sklar is startled when Margo first allows them to escape, only for her to recapture them moments later with the same magnetic weapon. Loyal but cautious, Sklar serves as Margo’s second-in-command and observer of her volatile temper.

After Corry and Happy destroy the magnet’s hold with an atomic rocket gun, they summon Space Patrol reinforcements. The patrol captures Margo’s pirates, ending their string of tellerium heists and presumably taking Sklar into custody.
