The mummy sorceress is an ancient Egyptian woman of great supernatural power whose tomb lies hidden within the Pyramid of Cheops. Once a formidable practitioner of dark magic, she vowed vengeance upon anyone who dared disturb her grave. When her mummified body is burned by Professor Niles and Paul Forsyth, her curse is unleashed through the scarlet seeds found within her coffin. These seeds grow into beautiful but deadly flowers that drain the life essence of their wearers, fulfilling her promise of retribution from beyond the grave. Though never directly seen alive, the sorceress’s presence pervades the story.
