An evil sorceress who has frozen an entire village in time and transformed the Queen of the Fairies into a cat. She captures Tippy Taylor and sends him into the Realm of Nightmares, but he outsmarts her by creating a potion that reverses her nature. Transformed into a benevolent figure, she restores the village and its people.
