Madame Brawn is a recurring villain in Plastic Man comics, first appearing in Crime School for Delinquent Girls. She runs a criminal school and seeks control of Windy City’s protection racket. Plastic Man struggles against her cunning and strength, ultimately subduing her, but she escapes and vows revenge.

She returns in The Return of Madame Brawn as the unrepentant “Kingpin” of crime. During a battle, she is accidentally killed by Gassin Gert’s gas gun, falling on a spike—after Plastic Man reveals his secret identity to her.
