Mekano is a giant robot invented and radio-controlled by Bill Foster, “young electrical engineer.” Mekano, which is about eight feet tall, can do “everything but think.” Foster uses it to fight German agents who want to use Mekano as a soldier for the Reich. Eventually Mekano is landed in France and kills lots of German soldiers and destroys a couple of tanks.
