The Witch uses a special “hex potion” to gain illusion-based powers, allowing her to change her appearance, turn invisible, and seemingly pass through walls. She is opposed by Mighty Man, whose own ability to alter his appearance helps him secretly dismantle her criminal operation. The Witch is ultimately presumed dead after drowning when a dam bursts and floods her hideout.
