Sitok is a villain introduced as the central deity of an ancient Egyptian-style cult that battles Captain Triumph.

The cult worships Sitok, the “Green God of Evil,” and is led by priests dressed in blue Egyptian-style garments. In ancient times, they possessed advanced knowledge of radioactivity and used it to create a deadly radioactive pool for human sacrifices. This practice, along with their worship, was eventually banned.

In a modern revival of the cult, the group reappears in the United States, rebuilding their pyramid and continuing their sacrificial rituals while collaborating with a foreign faction. They attempt to eliminate Captain Triumph’s allies by targeting Kim Meredith, even using a magic ring to control her mind and turn her against Lance Gallant and Biff.

The story ends with Captain Triumph defeating the cult. The radioactive forces they once controlled become their downfall, destroying the pyramid, the cult, and the statue of Sitok itself.
