"Jupiter is sent from his planet to Earth to clean up the evil corruption” and to “rid the Earth of all racketeers.” Jupiter lands somewhere in upper New York state and begins fighting crime from there. " He is "the master magician" and can perform all sorts of feats with his magic, both through magic spells and with his magic viewing crystal. Jupiter is assisted by the newspaper reporter Jim Johnson. Jupiter appears in stories with titles like “Racko’s Meteor Menace” and “Murdo’s Bombing Plot.”

Jupiter's powers included teleportation, flight, invisibility, healing others, creating objects from thin air, transforming living creatures into other creatures, and much more thanks to his magic.
