Mrs. Kessler is Charles Kessler's estranged wife. After leaving her husband, she suffers severe brain damage in a car accident, leaving her mentally impaired. She frequently wanders around the grounds of the Kessler estate, often appearing outside windows. Her presence unknowingly triggers Charles's homicidal trances, making her an indirect cause of the murders.
