Peggy Dodge was the loyal secretary and trusted ally of Ralph Nelson, the man behind the vigilante identity known as the Black Spider. Unlike most people, Peggy knew Ralph's secret and often assisted him in his crime-fighting activities. When helping on missions, she usually concealed her identity by covering the lower half of her face with a white handkerchief, but she also once impersonated the Black Spider herself to rescue Ralph. Though she possessed no superhuman abilities, Peggy demonstrated courage, resourcefulness, and dedication, serving as an important partner in the Black Spider’s efforts to combat crime.
