Goopy Geer's girlfriend is a cheerful and affectionate companion who shares in his musical adventures. She debuted without her gangly consort in the earlier Merrie Melodie ''Freddy the Freshman (1932)''.

In ''Moonlight for Two'', she is introduced singing before joining Goopy in a duet, and together they enjoy a series of whimsical escapades, from riding runaway carts to dancing at a lively square dance. Although she spends much of the cartoon celebrating with Goopy, she also becomes the motivation for his heroics when a threatening bear harasses her, prompting Goopy to defend her.

In ''The Queen Was in the Parlor (1932)'', she appears as the princess, where she is targeted and abducted by the Black Knight. Her capture inspires Goopy's climactic battle with the villain who through a series of increasingly absurd encounters with Goopy has his armor completely knocked apart allowing the princess to be rescued.
