The Sensational Mademoiselle was a renowned mind reader across Paris who came into contact with the serial killer known as the Assassin of Paris. During a day at an outdoor cafe the Assassin pretended to be clumsy in an attempt to steal her broach and money. She faked being wooed, pretending to fall for his antics while leaving a note for the waiter the police needed to be contacted. Once down a dark ally the Assassin started to strangle her to prevent her from screaming while only wanting her valuables. The Sensational Mademoiselle was saved when a cop fired into the criminal's back, killing him on the spot.
