Dr. J.P. Bradhall was an army captain and a combat medic. He served in the second gulf war in Iraq and later in Afghanistan, serving the Hippocratic oath. After his tour of duty, he works at City Hospital treating victims of crime day in and day out.

He decides to become a crime fighter and fights a one man war against drug-dealers who have been filling his hospital beds with the horrors of drug addiction, STD's and victims of sexual abuse.

He is not afraid to use the tools of his trade on criminals (or on himself), while staying true to the Hippocratic oath.

The Physician relies on his military knowledge and medical science to either assist other heroes or take an active role by doing forensics and anonymously give tips to law enforcement/heroes with his finding.

He also carries a modified dart gun that contains "mercy bullets". Little darts filled with tranquilizers to disable his opponents. He also carries the issue military field medic kit.
