Men of war and science from around the world formed the Inner Circle to internationally combat evil and right wrongs assisted in their crusade by a support group called the "Outer Circle". Their membership consisted of Major Ramsey, Colonel Ewan, Lt. Michel Dupre, Rolfe Gunderson, Ian Ahern, and John Bain.
