He would leave notes at the scene of the crime pointing out how he had outsmarted them, and posting messages in the local newspaper advertising the plans for his next heist. His catchphrase was "Obviously."

The Sceptre carried, well....a sceptre, which could emit a thick smoke screen to fascilitate his escapes. Otherwise, the Sceptre relied on a conventional handgun to threaten his enemies. He led a small gang of theives.
