Supremo was a tyranical military commander who took over the republic of Romiro. He came to the United States to kidnap Carl Del Rey, rightful heir to the throne, so that he could install him as a puppet king, and secure Supremo's authority. However, his plot was foiled by Captain Triumph.

Supremo was a physically imposing man and he wielded a handgun. He was supported by a gang.
