X-33 was a robot, that passed itself off as a human wearing armor. It was highly intelligent and served Illyria, the Spy Queen. It possessed superhuman strength and invulnerability, at least sufficient to shrug off bullets from conventional firearms. It managed to capture Minute-Man after defeating him in battle, but shorted out when he was pushed into a watery bog.
