The Dude, the Beau Brummel of Crime, was a rather dapper and well manicured criminal, with a sense of style. He was an enemy of Bulletman who nearly killed Bulletgirl.

He wore a boutonniere that could emit a deadly poison gas, his cufflinks could fire small poison darts, his ring contained poison that could be dropped in a drink and the end of his "electro-cane" could deliver a deadly jolt of electricity.
