El Lobo was a mysterious figure in the town of Saloma in Mexico. He resided in the local ruins and demanded tribute be paid to a wolf statue on full moons, or he would eviscerate offenders with his sword. He turned out to be a simple extortionist in a wolf mask. He was defeated by the Red Mask.

El Lobo carried a gun, but usually preferred to fight his enemies with his sword, or to set elaborate traps for them. He was a skilled fighter.
