Thrilla, the Electrifying Crime Queen, while in prison learned that she could absorb the electrical energy produced by the prison's generator. After mastering her powers, she was eventually let out for good behavior. However, when she returned home Thrilla discovered Swiggsy, her crime boss boyfriend, was cheating on her with another woman. Infuriated she electrocuted them and then proceeded to become the new crime boss over the gang comprised of its remaining members Prig and Beetle. She then attempted to rob a bank with her new gang, but she was stopped by Plastic Man, whose rubber body made him immune to her electricity.
