Congo King was a jungle hero in the same mold as Tarzan. He was known only as the Congo King and lived in the jungle with his family which consisted of Tonda, his brunette mate, and Kuta, a blond-haired boy.

He was skilled in the use of a knife and also a bow and arrow.

*Many sites claim that Green's Congo King was a re-colored, re-printed, re-named version of Jo-Jo however, this version debuted the year prior.
