King Cobra was the commander of the Hooded Cobras, a heavily armed terrorist army that took over a small town in order to loot all of its banks. The soldiers in this army wore identical hooded costumes and were identified by a black flag with a cobra emblem on it. Green Mask couldn't fight the Cobras alone, but he managed to alert the US Military, which sent in tanks and soldiers to drive the snakes out of town. King Cobra attempted to escape, but his fate is not known.
