In his public identity, he established the FEAST Project (Food, Emergency, Aid, Shelter and Training), a series of homeless shelters and outreach programs throughout New York City. For this and similar humanitarian projects, he was elected as Philanthropist of the year, befriending attorney Matt Murdock (Daredevil) and other prominent New Yorkers. May Parker aunt of Peter Parker (Spider-Man), is one of the most dedicated volunteers and supporters. As Mr. Negative, Li's criminal activities were initially limited to Chinatown, but when various rivals' misfortunes created a power vacuum, he resolved to increase his influence.
